How To

Repairing A Damaged Motor Of A Drone

First, identify the broken part of the motor to repair it. The easiest way to do this is to remove the propeller from the motor shaft. Then you should remove any wires attached to the motor and look at the inner workings of the motor itself. If there is something wrong with the motor, you will know which part you need to repair.

If the motor has not been damaged, it is safe to fly again.

Imagine a motor that isn't turning anymore because it has been bent. You will need to bend it back into shape. You could use a vice grip or a pair of pliers to hold the motor while bending it back into shape. Once you've done this, make sure to check the motor thoroughly for signs of wear.

Once everything looks good, you can put the propeller back on the motor shaft. Then, reattach the wires. Your drone is now ready for flight!
